Overview
The BlueGreen Alliance will develop and operate a Montana labor engagement program focused on Environmental Protection Agency rules to reduce carbon pollution from power plants. By creating a deeper understanding, within key unions, of the design and potential benefits of the rules, BGA hopes to create an environment within Montana in which decision makers at all levels can support and comply with the clean energy rules.
