Overview
Attitudinal Healing Connection (AHC) is a youth arts organization based in Oakland. It provides educational programs, workshops, art exhibitions, drumming circles, and healing circles meant to cultivate personal, collective, and environmental awareness, wellness, leadership, and action. The Center for ArtEsteem is a suite of programs provided by AHC that has, since 1995, served over 50,000 children, youth, and families in West Oakland and in partnership with 57 schools in Oakland and San Francisco. Support for the Center for ArtEsteem’s capital campaign helps expand the capacity and impact of its programs, contributing to the overall strategic framework of the Performing Arts Program.
