Overview
The Association of Teaching Artists, better known as Teaching Artists Guild, is the only membership organization for teaching artists in the United States. The organization reaches approximately 10,000 teaching artists and arts education practitioners each year by providing training and curricula for individual teaching artists; resources for teaching artist hiring organizations; and field-wide resources that include a quarterly publication, wage calculator, and asset map. This grant to the Association of Teaching Artists advances the Performing Arts Program’s Youth strategy through the Policy and Advocacy substrategy.
