Ashkenaz presents world music and functions like a community center, nightclub, and art school. Charging low-priced admission to concerts offered six nights a week, Ashkenaz's open-to-all-ages policy and successful history of community outreach has resulted in an annual audience of 35,000. Ashkenaz offers nearly forty music and dance classes each week to kids and adults, and its youth programs and onsite summer camp attract more than 5,000 young people annually.
