Ashkenaz Music and Dance Community Center presents multi-ethnic music concerts and classes to approximately 30,000 people each year. Its affordable admission prices, open-to-all-ages policy, and eclectic programming contribute to its reputation as a welcoming and culturally inclusive venue for artists and audiences alike. Each year Ashkenaz produces more than 300 concerts and workshops at its distinctive facility that is modeled after an Eastern European wooden synagogue. With renewed support, Ashkenaz will continue its efforts to grow its audiences and increase ticket sales by experimenting with new programmatic offerings and fostering community partnerships.
