for support of Marketplace.org
This grant will support the radio program "Marketplace," produced and distributed by American Public Media, in association with the University of Southern California. "Marketplace" is currently broadcast on nearly 800 public radio stations across the United States and is heard by more than 13 million weekly listeners. The programs focus on the latest business news both nationally and internationally, the global economy, and wider events linked to financial markets. A grant from the Hewlett Foundation will allow the program to complete several aspects of its recent strategic plan centered around more effective use of its website in order to reach, engage, and further develop its audience/community.
