Achieve plans to work with a set of states to support training in the OER tools and guidelines developed under a previous grant and help ensure their widespread adoption. The project also will assist a small number of states as they shift to OER-based curriculum and instructional tools. This is a supplement to an existing grant to increase the number of states able to participate from five to seven states.
