Overview
Able Works equips young adults ages 16-25 from under-resourced and immigrant communities with the financial education, life skills, and assets needed to gain economic freedom. Able serves young adults at the critical inflection point between high school and college through two core programs: FutureProfits and AchievABLE. FutureProfits brings Able Works’ proprietary life skills and financial knowledge curriculum to over 1,300 high school seniors every year. AchievABLE is a cohort-based program that provides wrap-around support and 1:1 coaching to young adults — many of whom are first generation college students from immigrant communities — seeking a credential, a degree, or transfer from or to a four-year institution at a local community college.
