Overview
This grant will support the Center for Reproductive Rights Africa Regional Office (CAROL), an advocacy organization that utilizes strategic advocacy and communications, and high-impact litigation to build, defend, and enforce an enabling legal and policy environment for reproductive rights decisionmaking and access to services. Through core funding and capacity strengthening, CAROL will partner with Network for Adolescent and Youth of Africa (NAYA), Great Lakes Initiatives for Human Rights and Development (GLIHD), and Reproductive Health Network Kenya (RHNK) to advance protection for sexual and reproductive health and rights in Africa. This grant will support the Center for Reproductive Rights Africa Regional Office Limited (CAROL), an advocacy organization that utilizes strategic advocacy and communications and high-impact litigation to build, defend, and enforce an enabling legal and policy environment for reproductive rights decision making and access to services. Through core funding and capacity strengthening, CAROL will partner with three civil society organizations in Kenya and Rwanda (Network for Adolescent and Youth of Africa (NAYA), Great Lakes Initiative for Human Rights and Development (GLIHD), and Reproductive Health Network Kenya (RHNK)) to advance progressive reproductive rights laws and policies.
