Overview
Equity Unbound, co-facilitated by Kean University, is a collaboratively developed curriculum and community that creates equity-focused, open, connected, intercultural learning experiences across classes, countries, and contexts. Equity Unbound will design and co-create MYFest (Mid-Year Festival), a virtual learning experience for higher education and K-12 educators, educational developers, and librarians to explore open educational practices, open publishing, community building, and socially just education. Offerings will include one-off workshops, deep conversations in the style of virtually connecting hallway conversations, and longer tracks where participants will work together over several sessions to solidify and build on their learning in community.
