The independent organization RoadtripNation empowers students to define their own roads in life through its annual PBS television series, online peer-to-peer learning environment, and innovative curriculum. With this grant, the organization would align its Roadtrip Nation Experience curriculum to the Common Core State Standards, conduct a strategic implementation in the San Jose Unified School District, evaluate its impact on students’ deeper learning, and develop a five-year plan for national expansion.
