Overview
Illustrative Mathematics is a nonprofit organization working to create a world where learners know, use, and enjoy mathematics. This grant will enable Illustrative Mathematics to create a prototype of a web-based tool to help teachers customize openly licensed instructional materials. This prototype will validate both the technical and user experience aspects of the tool, as well as incorporate findings from the market and user research efforts that are a part of the project. The prototype can later be transitioned into a production-ready tool and incorporated into professional development activities that accompany the Illustrative Mathematics curriculum materials.
