Grants to this Grantee
for advocacy and capacity building for OER policy in Eastern Europe
Centrum Cyfrowe was created in Poland in 2010 as a think-and-do tank with the mission of making the world more inclusive, cooperative, and open by changing the way people learn, participate in culture, use the internet, and exercise their rights as internet users. It focuses on fostering a digital civic society through the development of open models for education, science, culture, and public information. With this grant, Centrum Cyfrowe will continue advancing open education policies in Central and Eastern Europe, building on the success of these policies in Poland.

for building a national OER ecosystem in Poland and supporting international OER advocacy networks
Centrum Cyfrowe is driven by the mission of making the world more inclusive, cooperative, and open by changing the way people learn, participate in culture, use the internet, and exercise their rights as internet users. Their work fosters a digital civic society through the development of open models for education, science, culture, and public information. With this grant, Centrum Cyfrowe will expand the open education ecosystem in Poland, including building capacity for the use of open educational resources and practices among educators. Through participation in international policy networks, Centrum Cyfrowe will continue to share effective practices and advance open education efforts globally. (Substrategy: Field Building)
