Overview
The Lincoln Network’s mission is to bridge the gap between innovators, technologists, and policymakers and to advance policy discussions. The group’s work on congressional capacity is rooted in the need to build strong institutions that support sound governance of innovation, capturing its benefits while mitigating its disruptive effects. This includes improving science and technology policy expertise in the legislative branch, as well as leveraging the Lincoln Network’s in-house technical expertise to improve capabilities and governance of Congress’ digital services and information technology infrastructure.
