Katiba Institute

Katiba Institute promotes Kenya's democratic development by pursuing full implementation of Kenya’s 2010 constitution. Through public interest litigation, legal research, and community outreach, it seeks democratic consolidation, social transformation, and accountable governance. Katiba Institute pursues public interest litigation and community outreach while sharing its legal research to serve as a resource for other public interest litigators and legal aid groups in Kenya.
