Overview
The Concord Consortium is a nonprofit organization in Concord, Massachusetts, and Emeryville, California, dedicated to innovating and inspiring equitable, large-scale improvements in STEM teaching and learning through technology. With this grant, the Concord Consortium will combine student-relevant, open datasets for social justice topics with instructional support for K-12 classrooms. This work further expands the notion of open educational resources to include data sets for student learning and will provide insight into how to scaffold the use of data resources by K-12 teachers and students.
