Overview
The Center's mission is to develop economically sensible policy and finance solutions that advance cleaner and more secure energy.This grant would fund the fellowship program for former Senator Jeff Bingaman, commencing April 1, 2013 for one year. In his role as a Fellow, Senator Bingaman would assess the status of and challenges to current Renewable Portfolio Standards, and develop potential legislative, regulatory and organizational responses.
