Rosa Taylor

Grants Officer, Grantmaking, Learning, and Operations

Rosa Taylor is a Grants Officer on the Grantmaking, Learning, and Operations team at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.

Before joining the foundation, Rosa was a program manager at BRAC USA, where they supported the design, management, and evaluation of education programs in Asia and Africa, with a focus on early childhood development, refugee education, and education technology. Earlier in their career, Rosa gained experience on the development and communications teams at the British Council, Human Rights Watch, and Pursuit.

Rosa earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Columbia University and a Master of Arts in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
