Kiyomi Doty

Program Associate, Environment

Kiyomi (she/her) is a Program Associate in the Environment Program at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. She provides administrative and grantmaking support on the Western Conservation strategy, which aims to protect biodiversity and conserve the ecological integrity of the North American West for nature and people.

Before joining the foundation, Kiyomi held operational and management roles within the hospitality industry, ranging from small, local, and community-valued restaurants to larger-scale catering organizations with a deep focus on guest relationships. She hopes to bring that same genuine hospitality spirit to her role with the foundation.

Kiyomi was born and raised in Berkeley, California, and holds a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University. Outside of work, she enjoys walking with her dog, cooking for loved ones, and trying new restaurants.
