Christine is the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at the Hewlett Foundation. She plays a key role in the strategic design and development of the foundation’s health and welfare benefit programs, working to advance and improve employee benefits practices and procedures, vendor management, technology, policies, and compliance measures.
She began her career in human resources and has been in the employee benefits field for over 20 years. She has worked in large and middle markets in both benefit consulting and insurance administration, holding roles in account management and compliance support.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in business at California State University, East Bay and received her paralegal license from Kaplan University.
