Open Education Leadership Program

The SPARC Open Education Leadership Program is an intensive professional development program to empower academic professionals with the knowledge, skills, and connections to lead successful open education initiatives that benefit students.

Open Education Conference

The Open Education Conference is an annual convening for sharing and learning about open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open education initiatives.

OhioLINK

OhioLINK is the state agency under the Ohio Department of Higher Education that manages the shared print and electronic library resources of 117 higher education libraries and the State Library of Ohio. OhioLINK also supports student success through a collaborative eTutoring program and Affordable Learning, which focuses on textbook affordability.

OERu

The OERu makes higher education accessible to everyone. Coordinated by the OER Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit organisation, the OERu network of institutions offers free online courses for students worldwide. The OERu partners also provide affordable ways for learners to gain academic credit towards qualifications from recognised institutions.

OER Dynamic Coaltion

The OER Dynamic Coalition – launched by UNESCO on 2 March 2020 – has been established to support the implementation of the UNESCO OER Recommendation. It is composed of experts from Member States, with a focus on UNESCO National Commissions, IGOs, UNESCO Category 2 Centres, specialised institutions, civil society and the private sector.

OER Degree Initiative

The Open Educational Resources (OER) Degree Initiative seeks to boost college access and completion, particularly for underserved students, by engaging faculty in the redesign of courses and degree programs through the replacement of proprietary textbooks with open educational resources.

OER Commons Network Hubs

OER Commons Network Hubs is a custom resource center on OER Commons where groups can create and share collections associated with a project or organization. Projects, institutions, states and initiatives make use of Hubs to bring groups of educators together to create, organize, and share collections that meet their common goals.

North Carolina Department of Public Instruction

#GoOpen is an initiative of the U.S. Department of Education supported through a partnership with ISKME. The #GoOpen Network is a resource that is voluntary to utilize and exists only to assist school districts that are interested in learning about, developing, or gaining access to Open Educational Resources.
