MENLO PARK, Calif. – The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation announced today that Sara Davis has joined the Foundation as Director of Grants Administration.

Davis comes to the Foundation from the Adobe Foundation, where she was Senior Foundation Manager, responsible for grants management, operations, and Adobe’s global grants program. She has a background in finance, operations, and public affairs.

At the Hewlett Foundation, Davis will be responsible for managing grant compliance and grantmaking operations and will work closely with Foundation departments to build systems, make grant payments, and develop compliance policies.

“We are delighted to welcome Sara to the Foundation, where she will direct a terrific team that has helped streamline the Foundation’s grants processes,” said Hewlett Foundation President Paul Brest. “We look to Sara to continue this great work and to provide leadership at the Foundation and for the field of philanthropy in general.”

Davis holds a BA in psychology from Sonoma State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
