Every teacher knows how hard it can be to engage students. And teaching deeper learning—to encourage skills like collaboration, critical thinking, and effective communication—is still a new approach. Expeditionary Learning is leading the way with an innovative model for inspiring students and transforming classrooms through high-level project work.

With a recent grant from the Hewlett Foundation, Expeditionary Learning will partner with Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education to create a “digital museum” showcasing what teachers can nurture and what students can accomplish using this deeper learning approach.
