Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) is a nonprofit that aims to help solve the critical cybersecurity workforce shortage and significant lack of diversity in the field. The organization’s mission is to recruit, retain, and advance women in cybersecurity. This organizational effectiveness grant will support strategic planning for WiCyS to scale as an organization. It will also help WiCyS steamline staffing roles and maintain cohesion within the team during an internal re-organizational effort.
