Overview
This is an organizational effectiveness grant to Western Resource Advocates (WRA) to provide assistance to their efforts to identify a potential new Executive Director. This grew out of a Hewlett and SeaChange Foundation evaluation of the WRA that identified management shortcomings. WRA has been a key grantee in Hewlett's western energy strategy.
