WestEd

WestEd is a research, development, and service agency that works with education communities to improve learning for children, youth, and adults. WestEd would develop classroom-based diagnostic student assessments, provide in-depth teacher training on these formative assessment practices, and design methods for teachers to evaluate their implementation of these assessments. This grant helps educators alter their teaching practices in order to adopt new strategies to strengthen student mastery of deeper learning skills.
