Overview
VC Include is an advisory, education, and training platform created to inform, advocate, and catalyze investment into women- and diverse-led investment funds, especially those investing through environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics. VC Include works with public and private sector partners to ensure inclusion and diversity is baked into investment management. VC Include will support climate mitigation funds managed by underrepresented investors, tracking data related to the climate impact of their portfolio investments. This project is designed to demonstrate that diverse-led climate funds lead to concrete climate benefits and to benefits for underserved communities. (Substrategy: Climate Finance)

VC Include’s mission is to support diverse and underrepresented asset managers and to connect them to asset allocators that care about the environment, inclusion of local communities, and reinvestment into communities of color. VC Include convenes venture capital fund managers and multi-asset class investors to enhance investor pipelines. This work supports bridge building between diverse fund managers that are investing in climate solutions and asset allocators that choose both fund managers and fund strategies. VC Include will host virtual convenings and make findings of these convenings available to the public, publishing short recaps through social media channels. (Substrategy: Climate Finance)
