Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity (URGE) strengthens youth engagement and sustains a young people’s movement for reproductive justice by centering its work on the leadership of young people of color who are women, queer, trans, nonbinary, and people of low-income. URGE engages and builds the capacity of youth through training, campaign leadership and management, and youth-directed communications. Within five target states, the goal is to increase grassroots infrastructure and power that can be activated for advocacy. (Strategy: U.S. Reproductive Equity)

for designing organizational systems rooted in DEIJ  
This grant will support URGE to engage in a project for capacity building and technical assistance of its HR department to implement a 12-point Roadmap to Advance Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, which focuses on internal systems and practices.
