Grants to this Grantee
for creation of education mini-series
Univision Communications is the leading media company serving Hispanic America, and its assets include Univision Network, the top-ranked Spanish-language choice for viewers across all demographics. A recent grant revealed that Spanish speakers desire learning outcomes that will help their children succeed in life, as well as guidance on how to help their children, so Univision will create a scripted miniseries to engage audiences in a conversation about teaching and learning. Challenging long-standing assumptions, the program will introduce new ideas about student motivation and showcase teaching practices that engage students in deeper learning.
