for diversity, equity, and inclusion capacity-building for the OER Fellows program
The Open Education Group is an interdisciplinary research group focused on increasing student success, reinvigorating pedagogy, and improving the affordability of education. With this grant, the University of North Dakota, which facilitates the Open Education Group, will address opportunities to improve the focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This effort will include examining the quality and quantity of DEI-focused research and identifying strategies to recruit and retain fellows from backgrounds historically underrepresented in educational research.
