TSNE MissionWorks

TSNE MissionWorks, formerly Third Sector New England, provides capacity-building programs and services that strengthen nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve. It partners with foundations, service providers, nonprofits, and thought leaders in New England and across the county to deliver its programs. In response to a survey of the needs of nonprofit leaders, the organization started the What’s Next: Leading a Thriving Transition program in 2014 to help long-time leaders and their organizations prepare for effective leadership transitions. This grant will help support the continued delivery of the What’s Next program in California following a successful pilot year in 2017.
