The Financial Transparency Coalition is a program of Third Sector New England that brings together civil society organizations, researchers, and technical experts from around the world to collaborate on research and advocacy to strengthen oversight and reduce secrecy within the international financial system. The coalition seeks to close taxation, accounting, and other loopholes that facilitate illicit outflow of revenues from developing countries. This grant will enable the coalition to foster greater collaborations among its members; strengthen taxation and accounting norms, standards, and practices; and promote their adoption and implementation at the country level.
