Overview
This grant to support the Building Movement Project (BMP), a fiscally-sponsored project of TSNE MissionWorks, will fund work on increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the nonprofit sector. BMP investigates the causes of leadership disparities through their "Race to Lead" report and is in the process of launching its Race Equity Assessment for Learning (REAL), which intends to build nonprofit capacity for authentic inclusion.
