Overview
Trout Unlimited has grown very quickly in the last ten years. However, many of its internal systems have lagged that growth, chief among them a donor tracking system that can provide timely and accurate information to Trout Unlimited staff. This organizational effectiveness grant will be used by Trout Unlimited to hire a consultant who will review the current donor system and its deficiencies, and make recommendations on what new system will meet the organization's needs.
