Overview
Over the last ten years Trout Unlimited has quadrupled its programmatic staff while its finance and administrative staff have remained constant. This has put significant stresses on the organization's internal systems and, increasingly, required program staff to assume administrative responsibilities. This organizational effectiveness grant would support the work of a consultant to analyze Trout Unlimited's needs for new systems and staff and make recommendations on options for addressing them.
