Grants to this Grantee
for sustainable financing taxonomy
Transport decarbonization requires annual investment estimated between €685bn and €847bn in Europe. This grant will help ensure that the E.U. taxonomy on sustainable investments is congruent with the objective of a complete decarbonization of transport by 2050, and will enable a study of how to finance a transition to zero-emission vehicles in the E.U. company car fleet leasing system.
for general operating support
Transport & Environment’s vision is a zero-emission mobility system in Europe that is affordable and has minimal impacts on health, climate, and environment. It is a federation headquartered in Brussels that has members across Europe. T&E works through its members to advance zero-emission transportation regulations across Europe.
