Overview
This grant will support the Partnership for Abortion Care, which works to remove unconstitutional obstacles to abortion by developing and prosecuting challenges to existing laws that would otherwise go unchallenged. The partnership works in states with particularly difficult abortion laws and often challenges entire suites of laws that have slowly chipped away at abortion access by making it harder for providers to operate. It also supports abortion service delivery by providing pro bono legal services to abortion providers, researchers, and advocates. (Substrategy: Advocacy)
