Overview
This project, the Partnership for Abortion Care, seeks to leverage the Whole Woman’s Health Supreme Court decision to remove unconstitutional obstacles to abortion on a state-by-state basis, while helping destigmatize abortion in our culture. In each state the partnership works in, the centerpiece will be litigation, complemented by strategic communications and advocacy. The project is a partnership of the Lawyering Project, Whole Woman’s Health Alliance, and Jane’s Due Process.
