Overview
The Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP) is a leading voice for the hunting and fishing community on conservation policy throughout the country and especially in the West. This Organizational Effectiveness grant will fund a consultant to do a strategic analysis of TRCP's communications program. The analysis will result in a report to TRCP addressing communications structure, how the organization's communications efforts are viewed by stakeholders and recommendations for implementing future earned and social media campaigns. TRCP will use the recommendations to help it build and clear and effective communications strategy that will allow it to better accomplish its policy goals.
