TheatreWorks Silicon Valley is the largest theatre arts producer and developer of new works on the San Francisco Peninsula. Each year, TheatreWorks presents more than 200 performances of plays and musicals through an eight-show mainstage season. It reaches apporximately 100,000 audience members in a typical year. Its New Works Initiative has generated more than 70 world premieres that have debuted on Broadway and in the West End. Support of TheatreWorks advances the Performing Arts Program’s Communities strategy.

TheatreWorks is the largest professional theater in Silicon Valley, presenting more than 200 performances of plays and musicals each year during its eight-show mainstage season. For the past ten years, it has conducted a successful New Works Initiative that has produced more than sixty new plays and musicals. Its TheatreWorks for Schools program served 15,000 students and 641 teachers across seven counties in the last year alone.
