TheatreWorks presents more than 200 performances of plays and musicals each year during its eight-show mainstage season, reaching 100,000 audience members. Its New Works initiative produces new plays and musicals and has generated more than 70 world premieres that have debuted on Broadway and the West End. In addition, TheatreWorks’ education programs serve 20,000 students each year through student matinees, classroom residencies, touring education productions, and summer camps.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley is the largest theatre arts producer and developer of new works on the San Francisco Peninsula. Each year, TheatreWorks presents more than 200 performances of plays and musicals through an eight-show mainstage season. It reaches apporximately 100,000 audience members in a typical year. Its New Works Initiative has generated more than 70 world premieres that have debuted on Broadway and in the West End. Support of TheatreWorks advances the Performing Arts Program’s Communities strategy.
