The Rebus Foundation

The Rebus Foundation’s mission is to serve individuals working at all levels of education and improve their capacity to meaningfully help students succeed. With this grant, Rebus will deliver professional development on open publishing, open educational practices, and liberatory leadership to help educators implement open and equitable strategies.

The Rebus Foundation is a global nonprofit working to make knowledge freely available in the pursuit of equity, understanding, and the common good. Through the Rebus Community, their open education and professional development arm, the organization seeks to build a movement of leaders leveraging OER to transform higher education. Rebus’ focus on collaboration and equity within the higher education community will help develop an inclusive field that is responsive to diverse educators and learners.
