Stiftung Neue Verantwortung (SNV) is a German non-profit think tank based in Berlin that specializes in public policy issues at the intersection of technology and society. An organizational effectiveness grant to SNV will support management training for its leadership, help provide a clear plan for roles and processes for decision-making and collaboration, and include a full team assessment on new management practices.This grant is directly aligned with the Cyber Initative's overall goal to create a multidiciplinary cyber policy field and its sub-strategy to build a set of core institutions with sufficient depth of expertise to deliver solutions that take competing values and trade-offs to pressing cyber policy challenges seriously.
