Overview
The STEM Next Opportunity Fund is dedicated to scaling high-quality science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) learning to millions of young people — focusing on increasing access for kids of color, girls, and youth in under-resourced communities. The fund makes out-of-school STEM opportunities a reality for millions of young people. With the recent announcement of the American Climate Corps, an effort of the federal government to train young people in high-demand skills for jobs in the clean energy economy, the fund seeks to support this work by staffing fellows to develop policy proposals, help unlock new opportunities for the field, and support convenings.
