The Society of Environmental Journalists is the largest North American membership association of professional journalists dedicated to more and better coverage of environment-related issues through high-quality, objective, and independent journalism. The organization works to broaden the capacity of independent journalism institutions, writers, and storytellers to inform the public and policymakers about land and water conservation issues.
