The network enables leaders of color to unite together, provide mentoring support to each other, and share resources and networks. A grant would allow SVCN to support training for two, 18-month cohorts of executive directors or senior managers of color from 24 organizations in Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. SVCN will supplement the training with grants of $2,500 to each participating organization for organizational development. (New, $60,692, 40% of project budget)
