Today, SEO Career continues to close the career opportunity gap for motivated young people eager to succeed in alternative investments, investment banking, markets, finance, corporate services, technology, and real estate. Through world-class training, SEO Career participants learn what it takes to be “career ready” on day one of their internship. The culminating event for SEO Career participants is the SEO Career Summit, a three-day event that provides students access to influential industry leaders, professional development, and a professional network that can last a lifetime.

The mission of Seize Every Opportunity (SEO) is to create a more equitable society by closing the academic and career opportunity gaps for motivated young people from underserved and/or underrepresented communities through superior educational and career programs that address inequity and foster opportunity. The common theme that runs through each of SEO’s programs is that of seizing every opportunity, thereby ensuring that their participants are prepared to meet existing standards, reach their full potential, and seize every opportunity — whether on their path to college graduation, or to careers in coveted industries.
