The San Francisco Jewish Film Festival, doing business as the Jewish Film Institute (JFI), uses film to explore the diversity of Jewish life. Best known for its annual summer festival that attracts more than 40,000 attendees to venues throughout the Bay Area, the organization also delivers a suite of year-round programs that target young adults, seniors, and filmmakers. Online programs, including JFI On Demand and Online Shorts, make more than 300 films available for streaming and download, expanding the organization’s reach and role as the leading presenter of Jewish film and media.
