Overview
This grant will fund a new strategic plan for the Great Communities Collaborative program to help create a roadmap for implementation of the State's climate goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The goal is to continue and solidify the work of the collaborative, while strengthening the existing structure, identifying new partnerships and taking advantage of new opportunities and trends.

SFF serves residents across five Bay Area counties with a focus on advancing racial equity and economic inclusion. As part of its work, SFF seeks to protect, preserve, and produce affordable housing, collaborating with community groups and local, regional, and state stakeholders in government, philanthropy, and the private and nonprofit sectors. SFF is taking on the region’s housing crisis in a concerted and strategic way, making sure that solutions benefit communities in greatest need. This grant will support SFF’s priorities during the grant period.
