Overview
Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors proposes to create an independent entity that would collect and disseminate data to school districts and states to identify which digital math courseware and teaching units support deeper learning and how they connect to the new Common Core State Standards. This grant would support the planning phase to establish this nonprofit. Staff expects to recommend a grant request for the second phase of the work at the July 2014 board meeting.
